Your voucher will be printed on thick card stock, card designed by Crafty Pipsqueak presented in a recycled envelope.
 
In the interest of GDPR, your information will only be shared with Tom Powell from SMTbyTom to enable him to keep track of vouchers and if you choose to collect your voucher from Tom's clinic, he will be in touch with you by telephone or email to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect.
